Price includes one marking option. Add $1 (g) per process for each
additional marking option. Color imprint on cap, copy or logo engraving
on cap. $30 (g) for imprinted or engraved logo. No charge for straight
line copy - 1 or 2 lines (script or block). Add $.08 (g) for each
additional color (up to 4). For pen capsule customization add $25 (g)
setup plus $.25 (g) running charge.
