If you believe the delivered product is defective, please follow these steps:

If an error is confirmed (as per the ‘claims’ instructions), we will promptly redo the order exactly as originally requested, minus any errors. We will not change the product, logo, artwork, or imprint color when processing the redo.
You have 30 days from the date of product delivery to initiate a complaint. Submit a written complaint via email with supporting pictures showing the error. If the error is confirmed, you must return the entire order in its original quantity to claim a full refund. The return shipping cost will be at your expense.
The corrected order will be processed within 7-10 business days. If you prefer a refund instead of a remake, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.
To initiate a return, you are responsible for arranging and covering the ground shipping costs. Once we receive and confirm the returned products and the reported issue, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued as store credit or returned to the original payment method. If your original payment method was by Check, ACH, or Wire transfer, please contact us at sales@ for refund assistance.
The entire order must be returned in its original quantity as per the invoice for a full refund. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
